Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation & Conferences at Brooklyn Lodge 

• Cancellation of the reservation or part of the reservation can be made free of charge up until 7
  days prior to the first day of arrival.
• Cancellation of the reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full
  cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked for reservation less than 3 days.
• For reservation over 3 days, the first three days accommodation will be charged.
• Any other changes or cancellations will be charged with 100% of the value of the
  change/cancellation.
• Reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival are 100% binding as of the day following the
  date of the reservation. Any changes or cancellations will be charged with 100%.

Please Note:
Guaranteed reservations will be held for first night only, after which the accommodation will be
released.
